Delivery charges for domestic customers will be added to your order at check-out. Please note: large items, dangerous goods or remote destinations may incur a delivery loading (as stated in the product description). Delivery charge for International customers will be calculated and advised by our international sales team.
*PLEASE NOTE* Certified Organic Base Products are not available to purchase for international customers.
Also items classified as a dangerous good will attract a higher fee due to a surcharge applied by FedEx.

When shopping online you may nominate; - Visa, MasterCard and AMEX - Direct Deposit - Pre-paid Pick-up - Pay-by-Phone If you wish to Pay-by-Phone, our Customer Service team will call you to finalise your payment prior to dispatching your order.
Showroom SEOC no longer has a Showroom. We are no longer able to
facilitate browsing, same day pick up or over-the-counter shopping. Please contact our sales team in regards to our pick-up service. We are able to offer pick up from our Hallam VICTORIA location however we do require 2-3 business days notice for this service. This applies for pre-paid orders made online by nominating 'pick-up' as your shipping method. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before proceeding to arrive.
