Delivery charge for Domestic customers will be added to your order at check-out.
Large items, dangerous goods or remote destinations may incur a delivery loading (as stated in the product description).
Delivery charge for International customers will be calculated and advised by our international sales team. Certified Organic Base Products are not available to purchase for international customers. Items classified as a dangerous good will be higher due to a DG surcharge applied by FedEx.
Please read item descriptions to see if your items are classed as dangerous goods.

If you wish to Pay-by-Phone, our Customer Service team will call you to finalise your payment prior to dispatching your order.
We offer pick up from our Hallam, Victoria warehouse. Please allow 2-3 business days notice for this service. This applies for pre-paid orders made online by nominating 'pick-up' as your shipping method. Please wait for confirmation via phone or email that your order is ready for pickup before proceeding to arrive.
